All products are freshly baked to order in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, gluten (wheat), nuts, peanuts, and soya. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with allergies or severe intolerances should not place an order.

By purchasing from us, the customer acknowledges that all baked goods are perishable items and should be consumed within the recommended time frame and stored appropriately upon receipt.

We take great care in packaging all orders securely. However, once an order has been handed over to the delivery courier, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

Cosmetic changes (including movement of toppings, softening, melting or breakage) may occur during delivery due to the delicate nature of baked goods. These do not affect the taste or quality of the product.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
