Delivery

We currently deliver to Mainland UK only.

All orders are freshly baked, carefully packed, and dispatched within 3 working days using Royal Mail 24-hour delivery service.

  • Orders under £50: £4.99 delivery
  • Orders over £50: FREE delivery

Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are estimates and delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods or adverse weather conditions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details and addresses provided at checkout are correct. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

As all products are freshly baked and delicate in nature, slight movement or cosmetic imperfections during transit may occasionally occur.

During warmer weather, some products may soften or melt in transit. We recommend refrigerating products upon arrival where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns on cookies, brownies, cookie pies, or other edible products. All food items are final sale.

If your order has an issue, please contact us within 24 hours, including your order number and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Please note that, movement or cosmetic damage may occur during transit due to the delicate nature of postal baked goods. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with postal delivery of fragile baked items. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for cosmetic damage caused during transit.

Non-perishable merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please note that all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including:

  • wheat/gluten
  • nuts
  • peanuts
  • soy

While every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen free.
